While I agree with all the cautions brought up by Peter, I would say
that I've gotten some very good items from govliquidation.com, but
usually they were lots where they contained only the item I was
interested in. (In my case 2 SGI 4D/310s surplussed from NASA
Langley.)
In this particular case, note that it is a huge pile of parts, and one
teletype. govliquidation likes to take one good item and put it on a
pile of crap in order to sell the crap. I suspect the teletype here
is the "one good item". Or it could be a pile of teletype repair
parts bundled with one teletype from the workshop that did teletype
maintenance. Unless you can inspect this stuff in person, it's hard
to tell on lots like this.
