[GreenKeys] ASR33 autostart

OOC, with respect to Autostart circuits, there is something
I've always wondered about, from a data loss point of view:

Don't you also have to somehow create a receiver ring buffer
(or delay line) of some kind to save a few characters, so
that the machine has the data held back long enough
for the motor to get up to speed before trying to print?
Without it, I'd think you could lose one or more characters
while the machine is trying to power itself back up.

Or, is for example a "tradition" of sending in a few NULLs (or
other non-printing characters) at the start of any transmission
there to deal with any possible delays from autostart circuit
receiving stations having to power back up?

Now I do remember having to punch some null "leader" in
all of my paper tapes back in school, but I always thought
that was for making a "protective boundary" or "wrapper"
around my data area. I just never thought about that from
an Autostart POV.

However, I could see where that would serve the same
function, if I attempted to transmit my tape to another station.
