What you need is the #187324 Idle Line Motor control Modification  Kit.
 
It is for the Model 32, 33, 35, and 38 Teletypewriter sets.
 
I guess you could ask/beg on this list, But I've only seen one.
 
If that fails, perhaps Paul in California might have one.....
