Jim,

Thanks, that is enough information to figure it out, don't need a 
drawing.  Just one question - Is the top flat and the 2" skirt goes down 
from the top flat surface -  or does the reperf sit down into the skirt 
area some?? If the top is flat, was the reperf just bolted to the top 
surface?
