Not only does the seller mistake a 19 for a 15 but wants $1,000. for it.
Wherever it winds up I hope they do not remove the 101A Dataset and  
the Hand Subset.
The configuration is extremely rare due to so many HAMs removing and  
throwing these items out.
If you look closely at the subset you will see it is not a telephone.   
There is no transmitter and the
dial has no letters in it.  There is also no switch hook as the  
handset is used only for monitoring
call progress.  The dataset and subset were added for the largest  
cutover in AT&T
history on August 31, 1962 when manual TWX cut over to dial TWX at  
9:00 a.m. local time across
the USA and parts of Canada.  In many of the 15s, 19s, and 28s that  
were cut over you will find
a yellow instruction tag telling the operator to throw a key at 9:00  
a.m. August 31, 1962.
