All true - the instructions are in the operating manual, I have a copy, if 
anyone needs to know how to do it.

"Take off top and bottom covers.  Remove jumper between terminals 50 and 55.  
Add a jumper from 54-55 and from 50-51.  Put covers back on."

Its great.  You turn the open circuit volts to 120, turn the current to minimum, 
and short the output to set the current to 60ma.  


No series resistors, no heat, no muss or fuss.

If it's the one on eBay, it's a 230VAC model and you'll need to go at it with a 
soldering iron to convert it to 115VAC.  Caveat emptor.
