[GreenKeys] A troubleshooting question - Model 28 LP gaining/losing a 4th pulse

Hi to all,

My Model 28 KSR has been taking a beating with the RTTY Art that has been coming across ITTY Autostart as well as some work I have been doing locally. 

This afternoon, my LP developed a problem which I've been able to diagnose as an intermittent gain and loss of the 4th pulse.  So it looks like there is an internal bind in there. 

What is the traditional troubleshoot process here?  I haven't been deeply inside an LP in many many years, relying on preventive maintenance to keep these beautiful machines running smoothly.
