If you run MMTTY on a computer that has a COM port and you tell it to use
that COM port for PTT and FSK, it will send RS-232 Baudot out the COM
port. Then you need to make a RS-232 to current loop converter to
drive the TTY from the program.
This only works for sending from the computer keyboard. It does not work
for receiving off-the-air.
