[GreenKeys] MMTY running a Model 28 ASR

Someone from this group sent me instructions of how to use MMTTY on a
computer as a TU to print on my Model 28 ASR. I think. Too much time has
elasped, could someone refresh my memory and to what is required, software,
hardware, etc?
