I have used 1/4 inch diameter (#2?) tinned copper ground wire for the
display rack.
The wire can be found at any electrical supply store. (It's used
at radio sites for exterior grounding...)The wire is very rigid.
I have also seen the bail made with threaded 1/4 rod and a
horizontal top plate of some sort. Or, use a long continuous length of
the
threaded rod, bent to fit.

Riceguy has shared dimensional information on the LPW300 Copy Display
Rack.
My son William is a talented fabricator and I have a friend that has a
professional fabricator working for him.
If we are able to make some of these, I would like to know how many of
you are interested in buying one.
Naturally at this stage we don't know how much they will cost.
