[GreenKeys] Print hammers

Hi:

Has any one considered using a 3D printer system to make these needed print 
hammers???

You can normally get them to make a run of less than 1000 items fairly cheap.
You need to clearly define the material to be used and then they create it in a 
3D printer. I saw it being done at the recent AFCEA show in San Diego. 
Impressive. from very small items (such as a screw) to fairly large items (more 
than 10 inches in size).

You need to send them a new sample to be scanned in their 3D laser system.
