88mH coils are still made...

88mH coils are made for loading cables for the telephone companies.
There are not as many of them used as before but they are still  
available.
Ask a telephone company construction guy.
  Sometimes they have damaged loading modules with lots of good toroids.
Steve Hilsz specializes in telephone surplus. He may have some  
available.
Last I knew Charles Industries in Rolling Meadows, IL was still making  
them.
