[GreenKeys] Bit rate question

Very interesting. Thanks for clearing that up. It's possible that the start
bits were incorporated into the coding that was described in what I was
reading.

Are there any recommended reading materials that cover good basics of
telegraphy? I've come across a number of books from the 1800s and early
1900s but if anyone has some specific references they recommend I'd love to
hear it.
