Mr. Fickewirth,

If you attached the photos they did not get distributed by the mailing
list (I don't think the list forwards attachments). If I am wrong --
which I probably am -- a list member will correct me.

But, if it's a Model 32 (instead of a model 33) the connection between
it and the NEMA should, probably, not be too difficult to figure out.
I'm a bit into old rotor crypto gear (among vintage/classic computing
and a more then passing interest in teletype machines) and from the
general age of a NEMA, you'll be needing a 5-level code teletype
("Baudot" code; probably in ITA2 form, *NOT* USTTY). If you have a
Model 33, you'll have to fudge up an ASCII-to-ITA2 converter. Also,
you'll need to figure out how the NEMA wants to see the teletype
signals, and if it even wants to talk ITA2 at all.

Connecting to your laptop will involve a current loop converter and a
USB-to-RS232 serial cable; then you need software to send stuff
to/receive from your teletype (which also depends really on the type
of teletype you have... and also occasionally on what operating system
you run).

In terms of place to put the photos... have you tried Flickr, or Imageshack?
