Just to let eveyone know, I live in the Kansas City area, near Kearny MO. Steve Garrison lives in or near Atlanta, GA. I am able to drive about a hundred miles to meet someone who might be on the way to GA.
 
I don't want anyone to feel sorry for me, this situation is not a burden, rather a debt that my wife and I feel towards our parents... they raised and protected us and now, it is our turn to help and take care of them. This situation has simply required changes in plans laid, and though I am not getting rid of my two main TTYs and some periphial equipment, I simply do not have the time and space for the tape TTY and I refuse to let it go to the dump or be mouse/rust ruined in a barn or garage. I really am more concernd with the preservation of this technology for current and future generations than owning a particular machine. Thus, I want Steve to have it for his collection as I know that it will indeed be preserved and used. 
 
If someone is able and willing to take this to steve, I would be eternally grateful, and will even kick in a few bucks for gas.
