Yes, but only as an internal publication for designers.

The matter of springs and screws and washers and nuts brings up a
sort of law that I didn't think of at the time I was working there,
but did much later.  When you have a factory that can make anything,
you are very likely to make too many different things.

There were small rooms in the R&D building that were called drugstores,
because they were lined with shelves of glass bottles containing a
lot of screws and springs.  Someone putting together a prototype could
get the parts from there instead of having to order them from the
parts warehouse.
