WLO is on 8473 KHz 24/7.

Transmissions alternate between RTTY and SITOR-B FEC.

A story will run in one mode and then the transmitter switcher to 
the other and alternates for each story.

RTTY Shif is upside down, with Mark being the lower carrier 
frequency. It is a commercial transmission and the center freq is 
8473.000, with mark being 8472.915 and space being 8473.085, thus 
straddling 8473.000.

Time here is 0100 PST and signal strength is running between S-5 and 
S-7 with fades down to S-2 and S-3.
