Yes, and this is why when I am looking for switch parts (SXS), that the prices are outragious. The audiophools run the prices for WECO repeater coils and caps up through the roof into the stratosphere. I have seen telephone switch circuits at shows and sales where someone has removed all the caps, thus destroying another part of our communication heritage. It is enough to drive a soul mad.
