[GreenKeys] 88 mh toroids

Hi Larry:

I have tested the red and green line loading coils with the two windings 
connected in series (aiding). See:

They are both 88 mH when series connected (about 22 mH for each winding 
by itself).
The red one seems to have a Q of about 200 and the green one a Q of about 5.

Do you know how they were wired into a phone line?
