Hey Steve;

It is easily remedied.

I'll let one of the pro's on here tell you the CORRECT way to fix it.

If no one answers-up, let me know and I'll tell you how I corrected it.
(Involves using a little piece of telephone wire and wrapping it around
the "bell" lever).
