Hello again friends.  I have taken the advice of everybody who e-mailed me on the ASR 28 gibberish issue.  I hooked my ASR and KSR 28 in series.  I typed on the KSR 28   THE QUICK BROWN FOX JUMPED OVER THE LAZY DOGS BACK   The KSR 28 did just fine.  (thank you Don)  The ASR 28 is punching out number/chracter and letter combinations.  I did the test twice and it was always in different places.  So with that said.... It appears the the ASR 28 is eradically switching from LTRS to FIGS without being commanded to do so by me.  It just does it by itself.  Also, during my testing I discovered that the type box does not have some of the figures in it.  Maybe it is supposed to be that way.  I noticed the type box is missing the   !   and the   #    Any ideas on how to stop the ASR 28 from switvhing from LTRS to FIGS by itself? Also, get better George.  I am praying for you.  Merry CHRISTmas everybody.  Please e-mail me direct
at     jonkd4mpw at yahoo.com  if you have any ideas on how to stop this.  Thank you.

Jonathan

I will  monitor George's computer in the event they reboot and then will attempt to  restart the programs.  Please bear with us. This would be a good time
to  throw some oil in the machines.  ;-))Tom Tillson-------------- next part --------------An HTML attachment was scrubbed...URL: http://mailman.qth.net/pipermail/greenkeys/attachments/20111217/2cfa4b51/attachment-0001.html ------------------------------Message: 4Date: Sat, 17 Dec 2011 14:51:21 -0600From: Randy and Sherry Guttery <comcents at bellsouth.net>Subject: Re: [GreenKeys] w7ttyTo: Til128 at aol.comCc: greenkeys at mailman.qth.netMessage-ID: <4EED00C9.2010903 at bellsouth.net>Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowedOn 12/17/2011 1:57 PM, Til128 at aol.com wrote:> Hi gang:>  This is to inform all that George is back in the > hospital with complications from kidney stones, and a > "roto-rooter" done on his plumbing.Been there done that- and "knowing"...  adding George to our prayer list.> This afternoon (Sat.) at 3:00 PST,  they are going to put > in a stent to enlarge the passage so that the stone(s) > will pass with a minimum of
