Well he's an "antique radio" guy who buys whole estates - not a TTY
guy so doesn't really know what he has. He does say Best Offer and in
the past I have bought some things from him and if I gave a good
explanation why my best offer was reasonable, he'd go along with it.
So if you're interested in something, it can't hurt to make an offer.
