[GreenKeys] model 28 paper winder...another question

At the risk of being a "Dear Customer" (Ha Ha Don)
All Military Fan fold Mod 28 machines I worked on had sprocket feed mechanisms
that replaced the friction feed platen and the friction feed pinch rollers... so the fan feed was to be pulled through
the print area... over a paper tray... (and you can not use the tray with a friction feed pinch roller in place)
I cant speak for a 15 or 19... I was taught how to repair only friction feed models and never saw one
that I wanted to work on after I left School...  

as for the mess in seperating 3 ply??  I think I see your point...

TTY/RTTY is a hobby for me today... as all on this list...  there are a lot of things I would do today
to keep my machine running... seperating 3 ply paper is a small "mess" compaired to stripping out a main shaft 
and hopeing I can find clutch shoes, a function bar stripper link or a 3rd bit cam follower to rebuild a selector mechanism.
