Andy reminds me of one of our "dear customers"

Earl Finkle at Central Weather Service, in Wheeling, Illinois.

Earl had several favorites that drove us crazy.

1. Bought the cheapest paper and rolled it up and sent it through to
print on the backside.
1a. This caused paper jams and static related issues.

2. Bought surplus purple ribbons. Used them well turned them over and
used them again.

3. Put the 1,2,3 spring adjustment on the type carriage to 2 or three
causing paper to rip.
3a. Never use anything but the 1 setting unless you have multi-copy
paper with more than 3 copies plus carbon paper

4. Would not let us routine the machines. Wanted them to break down
before we could get to them.
