[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 33 ASR vs. ASR33

Not too sure about earliest date...  when I worked with Contracted "Tech Manual Editors" for a 
couple new systems being developed for the Army Communications command...
...The users understanding of the system was more important than a correct nomenclature of peripheral equipment
be it "Input or output device" it was still a peripheral.  hence an ASR33 or 33ASR (or KSR) became something they 
left to the understanding of the "user" and the Manuals provided for that piece of peripheral equipment.
If any corrections were made to these nomenclaure refrences it would be left to the "Military approval" of the document.
