[GreenKeys] Teletype Model 33 ASR vs. ASR33

OK.  The recent thread has seemed to be more about who wrote what and when. 
 But I thought the original post (which I don't think I saved) was about or 
more about "who's correct".  My take is that DEC did it, just to be 
different.  :-)
