In particular, the definitive guide to amateur radio teleprinting 
written by one of the pioneers, the late Irvin Hoff,  'An Introduction 
to Amateur Radio Teletype'.

Also, Alan Hobb's 'RTTY the Easy Way', though it's biased to UK models.

And by courtesy of several Greenkey members, I have some Teletype 
information further down the page.
