Thanks, but I don't think it was an AN/MSC-29. This shelter was much
simpler, possibly an earlier version of the MSC-29?
There were just four TT-4s mounted in racks (not shelves as in the
MSC-29). There were just four TH-5s; I think they were mounted at about
eye level, on your left as your came in the door. There were NO TT-76s.
There was no SB-22 switchboard or intercom. There were spaces in the
racks for at least four KW-7s (maybe more, as we sometimes ran full
duplex circuit to our BN HQ.)
It was just a small, company level, comm center. There was one main
circuit to BN HQ and two circuits to our two out-stations supporting the
1st ID brigades. The outstations used GRC-46s with TH-5s. So this
small "comm center" served our needs.
