[GreenKeys] No KSM RTTY 10/30

MRHS Transmitter Supervisor Hawes will be away on Saturday 20 October so there will be no RTTY broadcast from KSM on that date (Steve keys the RTTY broadcasts from the transmitter site).  The KSM CW broadcast that normally begins at 1000pdt/1700gmt may also be delayed or modified.  Normal KSM and K6KPH operations will commence at about 1200pdt/1900gmt.
