[GreenKeys] Ribbon Reversing Eyelets...

While a knot may work, it is almost easier (and less ink on your hands)
to use an eyelet tool and an eyelet that are available at just about any
store that carries sewing supplies. You can also use the "tit" portion
of a snap with the same tool if you don't find the eyelets.

We used to do that on the MOD's ASR35's and 33's.
That little trick works on quite a few bits of kit that use typewriter
style
ribbons, including my old printing calculator.
