[GreenKeys] M28 won't type

The AWA Museum has a M28 KSR that seemed to run fine when it came in about a year ago.  But I just tried it today and all typing is suppressed. Functions work, including space, but the type box does not move in relation to the type hammer (except for FIGS - LTRS).

Most of my experience has been with Kleinschmidts and M14/15.  Haven't had any problems with M28, so haven't had to get into them.  Any hints to what might have changed to prevent all printing?  The horizontal selector levers under the type box are moving as they should, but no relative movement between the type box & hammer.
