If you go to an older, established Ace Hardware Store, you can usually find 
a little room in back where you have to ask the guy for the bolt size you 
need. Surprisingly, they will have obscure sizes that people at Home Depot 
simply scratch their heads and walk away from when you inquire. I buy 
special hardware to rebuild switchboard drop sections where I don't want to 
have to tap the screw holes to fit a more conventional bolt.
