The military comm feeds mentioned are quite interesting (if more than
a bit unsettling for the non-simulated ones - reading of current deaths).
I'm wondering, following up on Javier's thought, whether any
civilian wire service data survive? As my Teletype interest
comes via Linotypes, I'd love to see samples of AP or other wire
service feeds as they would have been received by a newspaper.
I'm thinking here more of the everyday news, not necessarily
of significant events.
