[GreenKeys] what happened to ITTY?

I just brought home a lovely new Model 28 tabletop unit this afternoon and
discovered that the "ITTY" rtty broadcast form http://rtty.com/itty seems to
be just sending a constant tone. It always used to work for me and I used it
extensively while building an RTTY demodulator... now that I have the actual
hardware to feed with it, the shoutcast stream seems to be gone. Anyone know
what's happened?
