shows poor hole 3, good hole 4, marginal hole 5 - I think this is at
max punch eccentric adjustment - I haven't run it into a TD yet - got
to get my TD running! but I doubt hole 3 will cut it.

shows holes 4 and 5 selected - punch slide 4 is clearly higher than 5
