This is a rather ominous requirement:

"All scrap under this contract requires mutilation by the buyer prior to 
removal "

I wonder how you would "mutilate" the reels of OF cable? And then what 
would you do with it?

Looks like most of the estimated weight is in the wood crating.

21 tons to the landfill - I wonder what the tipping fee is there?
