[GreenKeys] oiling tape?

This tape was made to be used on Kleinschmidt AN/GGC-3 (aka TT-76)
reperforators. (I got the tape part number from David and it matches the
part number in TM 11-5815-238-12.)
I don't know what the difference is, but apparently the Kleinschmidt
reperfs did not require oiled tape.
