[GreenKeys] Mystery Teletype Accessory

HELP!!! I recently picked up some surplus Teletype model 32/33 parts and I
found a piece of hardware that I have never seen before. I have no idea what
it is, or how it would be used. It appears to be some sort of selectable
timer. I have uploaded a PDF file (titled Binder1.pdf) with photos at the

Does anyone have any idea what this is??????
