Thanks to greenkeyers, I have posted the 28RT wiring diagram and LAXD
parts manual (and a link to the LAXD adjustments manual) at

In other news, It Is Alive!
This AM I hooked up a message generator to the input of my 28RT and a
printer to the output and IT ALL WORKED!
Many thanks to greenkeyers - the reperf now receives signals and
punches tape OK, the climbing head TD climbs and reads the tape OK and
the distributor spits out signals.
