[GreenKeys] Fwd: Original Area Codes Circa 1947

In wacky, prestige hungry NYC, it is now a prestige issue getting a 212 AC. 
They figure that and their mortgage for a high floor makes them high 
society....can you imagine, an area code is "the in thing"?
