    Someone was looking for a device that can talk
to a Teletype at 45.45 baud from a USB port.  Most of
the USB to serial port converters can't do it out of the
box.

    Although they're not usually configured for it, it
looks to me that USB to serial devices based on the SIlabs
CP2102 chip could be reconfigured to do the job.
There's an evaluation board for $29, and you can download
reconfiguration software.
