[GreenKeys] Model 28 typeover

Howdy Experts,

Although my true love is the Model 15/14/26 era machines, I am obligated to 
salvage and rebuild the Model 28's for future tty'ers as yet unborn. 
However, I have a problem with a Model 28 ASR which I'll now describe and 
seek wisdom....

Every once in a while, when copying W1AW, the ASR will type over the first 
letter of a line with the second letter.  This is not happening to other 
28's simultaneously performing.  It is an occassional "happening" but enough 
to cause me great concern.

Can/would someone suggest what minor adjustment to what I have to make?  I 
would appreciate the help.
