I found this 3/8" paper tape intended for a ticker tape machine in school
science/physics labs -

http://www.rapidonline.com/productinfo.aspx?tier1url=educational-products&tier2url=science&tier3url=power-supplies-meters&tier4url=ticker-tape-pack&moduleno=66620&kw=52-0400&uos=Pack,5

(Hopefully the link won't be split)

There isn't any detailed information about it on the website but I can tell
you there are five reels in the pack and each reel is 4 3/8" diameter with a
5/8" diameter hole in the hub. Never having seen a Model 14, I have no idea
whether it will fit or not.
