[GreenKeys] Teletype House Call

Teletype had all kinds of control panels for the ASR, many of which
are shown in the parts books.  I even found some custom-made
suplus WU panels years ago on Canal Street in NYC...Western Union's
Hudson Street office was just around the corner. (Of course,
this was about 30 years ago...!)

In the photo at  http://www.radiomarine.org/TTY/TTY-004.jpg, what are
all
the controls on the 28ASR cover? Are they stock?  I'm familiar with
the 2nd
perf "Tape-out" button, but never seen any other controls there.

recently, I'll wager.  But that's just what we had last Saturday at
KSM.
