[GreenKeys] TTY Term Program

I would like to chat with somone who may be using TTY Term program.
 
I download and it does boot up.  I am running Vista.
 
Does anyone know if it will work with a USB to RS-232 interface cable?
 
While the pgm comes up, displays time, etc.   when I type I do not see what
I typed?
 
I have not been able to locate any instructions or help file for the
program.   I know it is old but still looks like a good terminal and I think
full duplux
