Howdy Don,

I'm having an Asterik card installed in a PC to be running Linux. The card
will connect to a T-1 bank of cards. Not being a nerd, a friend is doing
the set up for me.

Thence, the computer connected to the DSL will allow me to send and receive
telephone calls amongst the telephone collectors .... they call each other
thru their old step switches set up at their homes.

My switch is a Britt 75 line stepper....it connects to the T-1 bank of
cards. My fone friends don't understand why the TTY guys never got into
putting their machines on the Asterik system....I'm hoping some will
eventually hop onto this system....much prefer try calls then voice! ! !
