[GreenKeys] O.T. question - NCR machine

Hi all,
 I have found the folks on this forum to have quite a bit of expertise on a wide ranging bunch of topics, so I hope someone can answer an off-topic question. My neighbor (a friend of mine) here in IN recently passed away, and his brother is in from CA. liquidating all the items in the house prior to sale. My neighbor used to run a bookstore, and still has his NCR cash register. His brother wants to give it to me, and I an intrigued by the idea of making it run again. It is a non-motorized one with the pop-up price flags and a metal outer case (not brass) and stands about 20" tall. A few of the keys are stuck down (and some of them are green!) and as a result, the cash drawer is stuck open. Since this is a heavy monster, easily 50-60 lbs, I am questioning whether it is worth the effort to move it out of his basement and into mine. Are there manuals/ parts available for these? I have no idea how these things work. I just missed the mechanical machine
 training at Burroughs, so any advice would be appreciated.
