Paul,

The short haul Morristown and Erie caught the Jersey Central Power and Light 
integrating fiber inside the top static ground running along the RR right of 
way...they leased the ROW for power distribution.

The RR wanted add'l monies for the extra fiber hiden in the static ground 
line...they wouldn't pay...went to court and got the extra monies !  The 
lease read power....not communications.
