[GreenKeys] Model 15 Problem

When I first started with RCA Service Company there were a few model
15's in UPI service that were problem children. They's run in sync
with the incoming signal, but would be prone to garble.

I was taught that a real quick test which would help pinpoint things
was to rap in the pivot screw of the swing arm in the range finder.

If the machine went ker-chunk every time you rapped on that screw, it
was an indication that the trip-latch and stop arm in the range
finder was shot. It took a NEW trip latch and stop arm to fix it.

Attempts at honing the mating surfaces would seldom yield a fix that
survived more than a few days.

Give it a shot.
