No, different every time.
The armature isn't moving completely freely.
I've noticed that the armature locking wedge is just rubbing the locking lever
("Armature Locking Wedge Adjustment", p. 15)

and I don't think that's right. The book says .008 to .012 clearance
when the clutch is locked.
That's a difficult adjustment. You need an tiny .001 feeler gauge that
can turn corners.
